Bali Dive - Best Site
SANUR - Note that the best time to dive this site is early
in the morning due strong current but it is good for dive courses
and general introduction to Bali underwater. Sanur offers a great
variety of coral, fish and aquatic life.
PADANG BAI - This picturesque bay surrounded by majestic
cliffs and hills, offers excellent diving with a great variety of
marine life. White sandy bottom and exceptionally clear cool water.
AMED - From the beach, Amed offers an excellent site for
training dives. It has a flat bottom lagoon for instruction and
a coral reef only 5 minutes swim away,. This location is highly
recommended for introductory dives. By boat, Amed has a nice wall
dive just a few minutes away. It is a fun, easy dive for everyone.
NUSA LEMBONGAN - This is another famous dive site in Bali.
The drift diving i.s particularly recommended to see some of the
best marine life with great visibility, slopes bustle with hard
coral, sweetlips, eaglerays, sharks, oceanic sunfish, but the currents
can be unpredictable. Please note experience divers only recommended.
GILI TEPEKONG (SHARKS POINT) - Just offshore from Candi Dasa
is tiny Tepekong, a little outcrop that offers some spectacular
diving. The corals wall is steep, the water is cold, and the current
can be strong. Drifting through The Canyon offers an unforgettable
underwater experience. Please note; experience divers only recommended
due the currents can be unpredictable.
CENINGAN WALL (GREAT BLUE) - Starting from resident of lagers
school sweetlips through the great wall with unlimited depth to
find a dozens of marine life. Speedy currents can be unpredictable
drifting to the great of blue dive. Please note experience divers
required.
TULAMBEN
Ship wreck - Tulamben is a fun dive for all types of divers.
The wreck is a U.S Liberty, cargo ship that shank during World War
II. Now it has an abundance of coral, sponges, gorgonia, schools
of big eye travelly fish and a wide array of tame and friendly fish.
Drop-off - It is here, in one of the most pristine of wall
dive site on the eastern coast of Bali, that you will find abundant
marine life will a surprising variety corals. It starts off will
a slope and climaxes with a steep wall drop covered with soft coral
growth. There is good visibility and small fish dart all over the
place.
MENJANGAN - Menjangan is a small island of the coast of Bali
on the northwest side that is reserved as a National Park. This
island has many different points to dive from depending on the divers
skill and objectives. One site includes a bed of sea snakes and
resident sharks.
CRYSTAL BAY (BAT CAVE) - Once time in your life to visit
the resident of bat cave through the underwater world. Amazing cave
contain a variety of marine life, clear and cool water with bottom
white sand. Swim long in the path and surfacing into the cave to
see the bats hanging around cave ceiling.
